Why Invest With Us

The stock market is inconsistent and unpredictable.  Bank CDs are safe, but typically yield less than 1% per year.  

 

Our investors can expect to see strong annual yields on their investment and watch their money grow consistently without the wild volatility we have come to expect in the stock market. 


How It Works

You make a debt investment directly to Sawyer Street Capital in the form of a short-term, interest-only loan.  The duration of the loan is typically 12-36 months and provides a fixed annual rate of return.  You will receive monthly interest payments throughout the life of the loan and then at the end of the loan term, you have the option to receive your full principle investment back or roll it into a new loan.

 

Your Investment At Work

Sawyer Street Capital then deploys your investment to fund the purchase or refinance of residential real estate that will be rehabbed and then refinanced, rented or sold. Our loans are all secured by a first position in the subject property. We do not lend on owner occupied properties and we do not lend directly to individuals. Our loans are all originated by a business entity.
